East Vision Systems collaborated with Maven Networks and Sony BMG to design, develop, configure and launch a number of custom players fully integrated with their own ad server and Facebook application.

The players were featuring a custom integration with Sony BMG’s Facebook application and ad server, player metrics reporting, multi-language support, support for both playlist groups and single playlists (static and dynamic), interactive overlay navigation, and dynamic customization (design and turn on/off features) through the console interfaces.

Advertising was provided in the form of pre-roll videos and in-player synched banners, by using the Emediate’s ad serving solution. Metrics were aggregated through Web Trends.

The Sony BMG’s players were running on top of the Maven Internet TV Platform (MITVP), powered by Maven Networks (acquired by Yahoo!). MITVP was providing ways for content management and dynamic player customization.
